Your office building doesn't have parking available. Write a letter to the manager. In your letter: Explain the problem Suggest a solution Say why parking will benefit all employees
Dear Sir,
I am writing
this
letter to express the inconvenience caused due to lack
of parking zone in our office building. Correct article usage
the lack
This
issue has been raised multiple times with the concerned department, but no proper communication was made back.
Since our office demands logging in on time, many employees face difficulty in parking their vehicles far away from the premises and walk to work. Due to this
, some people only commute through public transport, which is time-consuming. Recently, one of our staff’s personal belongings were stolen because his car was parked in a shady area early morning.
If I may suggest, there is an empty area adjacent to our office, which is used for nothing. A colleague of ours who changed jobs to the Road Transport Corporation confirmed that this
place belongs to the government and is currently on auction. It would be beneficial if we could acquire the land on lease, and convert it to a parking field.
If there is ample capacity to park our vehicles nearby work, it would save many a great deal of time in searching for parking and would be useful for the company as everybody could clock in properly.
I hope my suggestion is taken into consideration.
Yours sincerely,
