Dear sir I am writing
this
letter to express dissatisfaction regarding the product which I had purchased from your online store. I ordered a microwave oven from your store on 20th October. I received it on the
next
day of my order. When I unpacked the parcel I found that the glass was broken and the grill was
also
missing. I think due to bad packing its glass broke. As I am a regular customer of your store it really disappoints me. Actually, I wanted to gift
this
oven to my sister who is moving to Sydney
next
week. But now in
this
situation, it is really hard to present him. Now I requested you to please arrange a refund for
this
as soon. I live at the same address where you delivered the parcel. You can collect the parcel from the same address. I am going to Sydney on 27th October with my family. You can collect the same before 27th October. Looking forward to hearing from you as soon. Yours sincerely Rajwinder

To score effectively on your IELTS exam, you should make an effort to implement short concise sentences coupled with linking words.

Almost every sentence in your essay should have a linking word of some sort.

In fact, the only sentences that can omit linking words are your background sentence and thesis.

  • firstly
  • secondly
  • thirdly
  • in additional
