Since last
two weeks the buses ,especially bus number 381 and 360 are not plying on time. Almost every day they are late by 15 minutes, making it difficult for me to reach the office on time. Furthermore
, in the last
two days both the buses running on these routes have not been stopping at my station.I have been taking bus number 381 in the morning at around 7:00 am for the past two years and never faced any issue.But these days due to the non-reliability of these buses , I am daily late for my office missing out on critical meetings in the morning.
When I checked with the driver , he seemed new and untrained and wasn't sure about all the stops he had to take. Request you to look into the problem and make sure that proper training is provided to the driver.
