Regarding exercise, Individual one is highly enjoyed by those who aged between 30 and 50. Interesting, the oldest two sections do not participate in group exercises.

Nobody can deny the fact that life is becoming more captivating with each passing year because of modernization and inventions. Some individuals argue that the present era is the best time to be alive throughout history. I tend to agree with this and, also, believe that the pre-science era would have been fabulous to grow up in,too.

Obviously, various generations have own problems and difficulties. According to some people’s beliefs young adults of nowadays encounter more stress than equivalent age people did in the past. However, some people think that they have a much easier life than previous generation did. In this essay I will discuss both sides and present my view.

There are numerous ways of veveloping health. Some belive that parciticating in sports could be benificial for peoples health whereas others think that not only sports can improve pupils body but also thre are some other ways are needed and this essay agree with this view that, imposting higher tax on sugary drinks and daily exercises are ultimate ways of constructing public health.
