live a hectic lifestyle and do mostly sitting jobs, it is important for them to stretch out in order to be mentally and physically fit. To illustrate, Indian people
practice traditional yoga daily which gives them the advantage of longevity. Therefore

, I believe that mental problems are increasing nowadays due to technological advancements and people
should address them. Meditation can be helpful in de-stressing the mind

, many organizations worldwide have enabled meditation counselling for employees to reduce stress at the workplace. In my opinion, meditation is essential to keep the brain tension free which can not be achieved by doing exercises.
