Some people work for the same organization all their working life. Others think that it is better to work for different organizations. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

Several believe that spending their lives working in the same company is worthy, while others disagree and
instead
of working in a single place. they work for different employers. I think that having different working experiences in various companies is better. On one hand, when young, some people started their professional life in a specific working place from the bottom and they expect to improve their position day by day while gaining experience and recognition. Big companies are the most stables and prospective employees consider that working in those, they achieve better status and knowledge of the organization.
As a result
, they could develop a firm identification with the company values
such
as loyalty, which is a big advantage for employers.
On the other hand
, some other people do not consider spending too much time on an organization for many reasons. To illustrate, job positions have been becoming more casual these days, in which employees do not have time to identify with the company.
Besides
, the salary is an important factor to take into consideration to change the job, whether more money and better work conditions are offered, workers do not hesitate in taking the opportunity. In my opinion, working in different companies is more valuable, because it would open the mind and learn several ways to do the things,
also
employees can give ideas and improve some processes,
although
it
also
depends on the industry.
For example
, working in IT is so flexible, workers have the opportunity to apply their knowledge in many industries and widen the chances of success.
