Dear Sir,
I am writing
this
letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding the Lenovo Laptop
which I had purchased from your departmental store last
month. The model number is AWB 00781 series 2018. I had purchased it because I am doing the work from home due to the pandemic condition.
Let me explain to you the condition of the laptop
, Earlier the laptop
looks perfect in condition moreover
, it was working smoothly until then
,
the screen is getting close automatically while my work on the laptop
is going on. Once, I thought that it is occurring due to lack of charging but I was amazed to see that battery life is 100%.
I am much disappointed with the kind of products it emerged out. while logging on to my office profile through the laptop
it is getting close suddenly which leads to an unpunctual remark on me. Moreover
, I am unable to download the files due to the
malfunction or the virus it had in the system.
As the other features are good enough. I would like you to either replace the laptop
or refund my amount to my bank account. otherwise
, I will complain. Waiting for your reply.
Yours faithful,
