 in 2013. At a glance, there was a significant rise in

 of houses in 2013, compared to 1995. Noticeably,
London
 was the top region to have the highest
prices
 for housing. Contrarily, North East was one of the two areas to have the incredibly cheapest
costs
.

 chart, it could be clearly seen that in 1995,
