Since university funding benefits both university students and society as a whole, both parties should bear some of the cost of university educations. University students gain both personal and economic benefits by attending university; however, society also benefits by having a more educated population. In addition, it is important that all members of society have the opportunity to attend university regardless of wealth. In this essay the various models of funding for university places will be discussed. There is little doubt that people who attend university usually benefit through higher salaries and greater opportunities. It is therefore reasonable that society expects students to make some contribution to the cost of their education. However, expecting students to fully fund their own education may cause students to avoid courses that lead to less well-paying jobs such as the sciences, nursing and teaching. Society as a whole also benefits from having a more educated community and should support people who make an effort to become educated. It is therefore reasonable that governments also provide money for university places, particularly when the cost of doing a course or the return for students discourages them from completing a course that is needed by society. The funding model that is used for university placements is also very important as governments have a responsibility to provide an opportunity for all members of society to attend university. Deferred repayment of fees through low cost loans and the partial subsidising of university courses by government are effective methods of ensuring fairer access to university education since they allow people to pay for their education when they are best able to afford to. In summary, university education benefits both individuals and society and both governments and individuals who receive a university education should make a contribution to the costs of tertiary education. In addition, it is important that appropriate loan schemes are in place to ensure that access to university is available to all members of society.

This paper examines that there is a significant relationship between the motivation of buying fast fashion and the frequency of purchasing fast fashion in Thai teenagers. A mix-methodology approach is used to gather quantitative and qualitative data to observe Thai consumer’s behavior towards fast fashion. Results show that the motivation of buying fast fashion is significantly pushing Thai Teenagers to buy fast fashion more than once in the month. Now valued at nearly $1.4 trillion dollars in sales for 2017, the industry shows no signs of slowing as the market is projected to experience 5.91% yearly growth over the next three years. By 2020, the market size of the apparel industry is expected to reach a mind-boggling $1.65 trillion sales in US dollars worldwide. According to Barnes, L., and Lea-Greenwood, G. (2006, p259) fast fashion is a business strategy which aims to processes involved in the buying cycle and lead times for getting new fashion product into stores, in order to satisfy consumer demand at its peak. Teenagers just love fashion trendy and up to date. The tendency of teenagers who like this kind of fashion gives the opportunity for retail businesses in creating a new type of fashion called fast fashion. There are several things that differentiate fast fashion with fashion in general. The differentiating factor that can be seen from the speed of a fashion company view the trend, produce, distribute and change the fashion in store rapidly. Much fast fashion retail store is regularly issued new models in the store. Then the companies distribute clothes to the supply chain strategy that quickly and accurately to reach the store. Furthermore, within a week if the clothes are not sold, the retail store will withdraw and replace them with new ones. The purpose of the fast fashion’s retail store strategy is to establish customer mindset for always coming to the store and shop. The attitude of loyal customers will always push the fast fashion business to evolve over time. Consumer purchase behavior can be defined as behavior that is demonstrated by consumers when looking for, assessing, purchasing, using and abandoning products and services for which it is expected that they will satisfy the consumer‘s wishes and needs in the process of change (Solomon et al., 2010). The author perceives the increasing of the teenagers’ demand in fast fashion as one of an interesting topic to be observed. The purpose of this research is to find the relationship between the motivation of buying fast fashion and the frequency of purchasing fast fashion in Thai teenagers. The author considers it is important to do research in order to understand Thai teenager’s purchasing behavior in the dynamic world of clothing trends.

Celebrities and their salaries nowadays have considered an ubiquitous depate all over the globe. Their highly salaries gravitate vast amount of youngsters to change their careers to be one them one day.many of public people do not see that would make any trouble if they get high salaries while others think that it is more than usual. I adopt the stance that many of those entertainers do not deserve what they get. In this essay I will discuss both points of views and giving examples for both views. To begin with,many of entertainers are squandering the money that could be spent in a beneficial way like charity purposes because these money are not restricted for a specific criteria of people. For instance,in 2017 Emaa watsson who is a Hollywood actress had been paid for 142 million dollars for her last movie,which is considered to be wasting of money.Insteadily, that can be spent on rebuilding the society or at least contributing of that.This shows that many of young generation when they are following that could think of doing anything to imitate them. On the other hand,the rest of people who take a proponent side with spending high salaries on the entertainers have of the beleif that they are role models and represent the country and its talents all over the world.Additionally,the quintessential role that they are doing in advising the youth and the awareness campaigns they make.For example,in 2014 Angelina jolie who is a Hollywood celebrity had made a campaign for starved people in Somalia and donated for them.Surprisingly,her campaign gained a lot of sympathy and welcoming all over the globe.Hence,their roles and their impact on people can not be replaced with anything else. In conclusion,it can be reiterrated that those entertainers may exert a beneficial role in our society but also it can not be compared to the money that they get.However,many of them could donate for different charity organisations.that could be advantageous but in my humble opinion I tink that it is a few amount of money that originally belong to the public.
