Some people say that protecting the environment is the government responsibility. Others believe that every individual should be responsible for it. Discuss both the views and give it opinion.

The Table provides the

 of household salary in five different European countries consumed on

 and drink, housing, clothing and entertainment. Overall, it can be seen that all the five countries spent most of their household income on
food
 and drinks and housing, but those figures for clothing and entertainment were significantly low.

, Turkey and Spain spent money more on

, spending on clothing and entertainment are noticeably low in five nations. France and Spine are dubbed between 7% and 8%, 13% and 15%. The UK is the same
