Dear sir, My name is Zannatul Firdaus. I live in Khilgaon. I am a full-time employee in a bank. Today, I am writing
this
letter to inform you that, I will be unable to do the computer course ahead Because it creates a lot of problems for me. To embark with, right now I am working in a private bank called (Brac bank) which is located in Gulshan. My job starts at 10:00 a.m. and finished at 6 p.m,
therefore
, I become very tired
in addition
I am working as an accountant.
Last
month, I got a promotion and now I have to do more hard work for my better performance.
Moreover
, I face many problems with
this
course. After getting progress I have to spend more time in my office.
Thus
, I cannot tell you the exact time when I will be attending the class.
Furthermore
, after office hours my mind does not support me to do anything else and it makes me bored. Though
this
computer course is
also
important for me yet I cannot continue it.
However
, If you tell me
that is
you taking classes at the weekend,
then
I will change my place for the class, and please let me know the timetable. Over and above, if you do not take classes at the weekend, I will join the class three or four months later when I will organise my work well. I hope that you will understand my situation and tell me when I can be able to join. if you need
further
information please let me know. With regards, Zannatul Firdaus

Word Count

IELTS says that you should write a minimum of 150 words in writing task 1. If you go under word count you will lose marks in task response.

A very long letter will not give you a higher band score.

Aim for between 160 to 190 words in writing task 1. This will ensure a concise letter and will be realistic in terms of time management. You have only 20 minutes to write the letter and you need around 5 minutes of planning time, so you will not be able to write a long letter in 15 minutes.
