These days, youth tend to imitate adults, especially influential
people

 think that Vingroup should prohibit their employees from eating unhealthy foods as well as bad habits like smoking. In my opinion, I believe that encouraging
people
 to get good practice to set an example for young
people
 is a good thing, but it is important to emphasize the role of education. On the one hand, I think the adults use safe food not only to set an example for
children
 but
also
 to protect their own
health
. Bad food can be mentioned as fast food containing a lot of sugar and fat
that is
 harmful to human
health
.
Besides
, smoking is the leading cause of lung cancer, we should avoid being safe as well as create good habits for
children

On the other hand
, it is the parents' responsibility to teach their
children
 some skills and vital thinking about
behavior

 of just looking at others. When they understand it, they will practice better and behave safer. In conclusion,I think that adults

 as the employees of Vingroup should be aware of their role models for young
