or another reason is persons own decision and depending on their mindset ,they can vary from individual to individual depending on circumstances of life.so sticking to a single organisation or keep rotating ,is a non-ending debate but in my ,opinion if the person can find

one

organisation where

one

's efforts are valued and appreciated in a timely manner that would be the best. Working in the same industry and the same place start building your reputation and image and person keep moving from junior level employee to senior-level or other higher designated position depending on performance and gaining skills and

work

attitude.If everything works in accordance and the company is open for staff's development

then

,there should no question for rotating place for some minor reasons.But the scenario is the total opposite where the company is not looking at all at the employees

then

better look around for the future. On the other hand,some ambitious people want to

work

hard and smart and try to reach the peak of their carrier by frequent shifting jobs from

one

to another institute or from

one

area of

work

to another like from finance to management or from marketing to manufacturing and try to gain short term benefits of the volatility of the market.Despite all the jumps ,in the ,end their final target remains at the same level or even below the colleague who worked stable in

one

job giving his full attention and knowledge .For instances picture can be reversed but,

such

cases are very limited. so,in final say ,I would suggest the proper selection of field and institution for

work

and

sticking
