Dear sir, My name is Zannatul Firdaus, I am an employee of your
office
and I am working in your Dhaka branch, Bangladesh. Today I am writing
this
letter to inform you that, I want to do my
work
from the head
office
for half a year. To embark with, right now I am working in Dhaka, Bangladesh. I am an accountant, I had been working here for 5 years. Now, I want to
work
in the head
office
, because I want to know the environment.
In addition
, I want to know my other colleagues. It will give me the opportunity to make myself more responsible towards my
work
.
Moreover
, I will be able to learn appropriate techniques.
Furthermore
, as I will be available at the main
office
I will do my
work
from there. I said my colleagues to send my mail what should I do.
Moreover
, in my absence, Mr Rohim will take my responsibility as I train him when he was new.
Thus
, he knows in which style I do my
work
.
However
, I would like to tell you that, please accept my request and please arrange my shifting for 6 months only. I will remember it in a long run. I hope you will understand my situation and give me permission. With regards, Zannatul Firdaus

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
