I will discuss that and give my opinion in the end. while it held belief, the
team
activity can learn collaboration and how we can deal with different people , which they coming from many backgrounds ,
also
whom we can follow the one coach and hear carefully o his advice and try to do it.

as in football , which the
team
loses if there are losing any of these. on other hand . there are people who prefer the
activities
which are done alone, to feel more relaxing and freedom. They
also
can learn if they reding or painting , they can be more control on what they do which that lead to being more strong and independent on themself , so feels they need to another person to di what they like.

as students who study alone usually get high scores because they can be focusing on the subject and do not relate to anyone or have time to start studying. In my opinion, we can learn from both
activities
it depends on the personality , but I agree with
team
activities
can teach more important skills for life . which we need to learn more about different people and with whom we can make a good relationship with them
also
we need to know which boss is good for us and how we can learn from him to get a good benefit.
