You recently spent a night in a hotel and had to put up with a great deal of noise very early in the morning because of a faulty central heating system. The manager promised to contact you regarding compensation but you still haven't heard from him. Write a letter to the hotel. In the letter describe the problem at the hotel explain what the manager had said at the time say what you want the manager to do.
Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Ognjen Rankovic, and I am writing you
this
letter to inform you about the situation I had in your hotel. I stayed in room 581, from Friday 13th to Monday 16th.
In the early hours of Saturday morning, I was woken up by horrible noise coming out of the central heating system. The noise level was so bad that I couldn't go back to sleep. Needless to say, I was furious because I slept only a couple of hours before the noise woke me up.
I called the front desk, and hotel manager Mr Grey picked up the phone. He assured me that situation is under control, and the handyman is on his way to fix the heating system. Additionally
, I was informed that I would receive a spa gift certificate for my troubles caused by the noisy vent.
I haven't received any gift certificates to this
day. I expect Mr Grey's promise to be fulfilled, and request spa gift vouchers to be sent to my email: ognjenrankovic9292(at)Gmail(com).
If not, I will contact the General manager of the hotel through the contact form on the website and complain about what happened here.
Yours faithfully,
Ognjen RankovicSubmitted by ognjenrankovic1989 on
