Some people regard work as the most important thing in life and have little interest in anything else. Other people are more enthusiastic about their hobbies and leisure interests than their jobs. Discuss both these attitudes and give your own opinion.

Hello everybody!
First
of all, thank you very much for taking the time to come and listen to my speech. My name is Yutong and I am here today to talk about attitudes to
work
. For the start, I am going to present the different ideas about working attitudes and
then
share my own opinion with you. Recently, I have read about a study

professor Alison Zhang about working attitudes. In her study, she says that working continuously is an important way to help people stay healthy.

says that many

However
, it is important to remember that you should not over-
work
yourself and become a ‘

martyr’. Working should help you to get away from isolation, not to push you deeper toward anxiety and it should not be the entire focus of your life. As numerous studies show, many stress-related health problems are linked with overworking, some of them are depression and insomnia. Taking me as an example, I often feel stressed and disappointed if I cannot finish all the
work
as I have planned. In my opinion, I think that a good
work
attitude is the one where
work
and free time are balanced. We should not take that too free time from which we feel isolated but we should
also
not overwork ourselves to the point of depression. Thank you very much for listening.
