The given bar chart illustrates the proportion growth in average

 in three various countries between 2007 and 2010. Overall, while the average

 of Algeria experienced a downward trend, that of China showed an increase. According to the bar chart, in 2007, Algeria indicated the highest amount of

prices
,with about 6%,higher than that of China by around one and a half times.
However
, over the three years from 2008 to 2010, the figure dropped steeply to exactly 3%.
On the other hand
, China represented the least number of

, at just 2% in 2007. Its number experienced a significant upward trend, reaching its peak at over 6% in 2010, making it is the highest amount of

Furthermore
, the figure for Argentina rose moderately from 3% in 2007 to almost 5% a year later;
