Some people get into debt by buying things they don’t need and cannot afford. What are the reasons for this behaviour? What actions can be taken to prevent people from having this problem?

,Well I think the
first
reason is there is no plan for how to spend their money ,
however
they should
first
calculate how much income they have
then
they should calculate the expense to see how much they effort to spend each month or each day.
then
they should spend on the most important things which they need on daily life skills like food, clothes... I think the people who go to have
this
kind of problem are who doesn't think about the income and doesn't know how much they spending to improve
this
they should wright every think on paper or notebook to find out how much they can spend per day or per month to not have a problem in future, if they spend more money than their income they will become bankrupt very soon after they will ask all families & friends to borrow money for normal dayles spending
then
they just need to work and pay the debts.
