Your local public library wants improvement to their services and facilities .In order to get ideas from the public , they have asked library users to send them suggestions in writing. Write a letter to the librarian. In your letter. . describe what you like about the library . say what you don't like . make suggestions for improvements
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to inform you about my review and suggestions for Lillygate
Library
.
First
of ,all I must say your customer service is top-notch,on my first
visit I was astonished by the way I was treated nicely with assistance towards where I can find all the different types of books
I want., ,Also
the library
is spacious and well ventilated with all books
nicely arranged according to sections.
However
,there are not enough chairs and tables in the library
which makes it very difficult to accommodate a lot of people at a goal. Most of the books
in the library
are outmoded and do not carry enough information for research purposes.Security in and around the library
is very poor ,especially where we leave our belongings I recently lost my purse after retrieving my bag from the shelves.
I suggest well-trained security personnel should be placed in and around the library
's environment.,Also
outmoded books
should be replaced with new ones which will be more resourceful.,Lastly
since the library
has enough space I believe more chairs and tables can be added to the ones available in order to accommodate more people.
I hope the above suggestions will help improve Lillygate Library
.
Best regards,
