women
's development.
Gender
equality is a highlight topic on the agenda of international organizations. Employers should consider
women

women
´s economy, fighting against sexual injustice and getting more opportunities to make decisions might be the most important ones. The solutions should come not only from leaders but from non-governmental organizations too.
Moreover
, they have to be involved in the discussions of government policies.
Women
empowerment is key to having a fairer society.
However
, there is still a gap between men's and
women
's rights. Governments have to be capable to implement policies in order to achieve
gender
equality.
