letter to request the money that was paid during the time when I bought an apartment from you.Since,
I have not been able to reach you through the calls I made on your cell number I decided to write a letter thinking I may get hold of you.I want you to return my deposit as per our signed agreement.The place is very nice and clean and everything is the same as it was before the keys were handed over to me.I have kept the apartment very nicely .
