Many people are inclined to think that employers ought to pay more attention to individuals' qualities than the formal edification and work experience while offering jobs to the candidates. I, partially agree with

notion. My position is justified

with reasons and examples. To embark, many individuals opine that other characteristics should be given more importance when selecting candidates for employment. The foremost argument is that it helps in the economical growth of companies.

is to state that, personal qualities

as flexibility and communication skills are essential. A candidate with excellent interaction skills can help in the crucial meetings to represent the ideas or arguments effectively in the favour of the industry.
Thus
, managers can easily finalize profitable deals.

, they can build rapport with other staff members to maintain an interesting atmosphere in the organization.
