Some people like to try new things, for example, places to visit and types of food. Other people prefer to keep doing things they are familiar with. Discuss both attitudes and give your opinion.

People
have different views regarding how to spend their free time. Some
people
are more adventurous than others and like trying new
things
and coming out of their comfort zone , whereas other
people
keep to their old routines and don't want to change their routines. In my opinion, I fairly agree that
people
should explore as much as they can.
Firstly
, it is believed that by being open to new experiences our horizons will be broadened which will lead to gaining new experiences. Take travelling as an example. Exploring different places and cultures has numerous benefits.
Moreover
, breaking the cycle of everyday life can make our lives much more exciting. Planning something different will give us hope and extra energy to carry on with our lives. Even trying a new cafe can become something to look forward to with excitement.
On the other hand
, there are some
people
who like to stay in their comfort zone and are more comfortable with doing
things
they are familiar with. By doing the same routine repeatedly, these types of
people
feel more confident about what they are about to do. Introverted
people
,
for example
, feel more comfortable if their way of life stays the same.
People
choose different lifestyles and live their lives in different ways. Some
people
are willing to do new
things
whereas other
people
like to have the same routine. In my opinion, life would be more interesting if we were more willing to experience new
things
.
