-year student at a UK university studying in the science department. I am writing to log a complaint regarding my lost university card so that I can apply for a new card at the university I lost my card in a very unfortunate event that happened on avenue street where I was robbed by a few miscreants around 10:00 pm . Since it was pitch dark, I was not able to see these miscreants and

hence

was caught off guard and was robbed .

However

, I am grateful that I am safe and sound but to get the new badge I need to formally lodge an accusation and provide a copy of the accusation letter to the educational institution.

letter as the formal complaint about my lost badge and request you to record these details and provide me with a received copy so that I can submit the letter to the educational institution.
