In recent years, a growing number of

frequently.
People
have mixed views on

a social issue as some believe it is beneficial to

's career planning whereas others argue that the instability may undermine one's job security. In

essay, I will elaborate on both views and give my personal view at the end.  It is worth noting that shifting

may open up lots of opportunities to individuals. Young

often reported that they need to go through several trials before they can make up their minds and decide on their career path.
