You have a full time job and also doing part time evening course, You now find that you can not continue the course. Write a letter to your tutor. -Describe the situation. -Explain why you can not continue at this time. -Say what action you would like to take.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing
this
letter to express my concern about the continuation of the part-time
course
which I am currently studying.
Last
month, I saw the advertisement in the newspaper about the commencement of the
course
"Project Management",
therefore
I got admission to the
course
as
this
was very much relatable to my current job and would going to be way beneficial for my career growth. I work at "XYZ Company" and I currently look after the operational activities of the firm, which requires a lot of effort, concentration and time.
Therefore
, I have to focus more and sit for long hours in order to finish my daily routine task.
Also
, the
course
starts at 6 p.m. and due to the burden of the work, I often get back home at around 7 p.m.
As a result
, I have not been having my classes on a regular and most of the sessions have been missed. You are humbly requested to cancel my admission for now and If possible refund my fee as well since I have just taken two classes till now. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Yours faithfully, Arsalan Farooq

Use cohesive linking words accurately and appropriately

To score effectively on your IELTS exam, you should make an effort to implement short concise sentences coupled with linking words.

Almost every sentence in your essay should have a linking word of some sort.

In fact, the only sentences that can omit linking words are your background sentence and thesis.

  • firstly
  • secondly
  • thirdly
  • in additional
  • moreover
  • also
