Completing a university education is thought by some to be the best way to get a good job, on the other hand, other people think that getting experience and developing soft skills is more important. Discuss both sides and give your opinion.

Nowadays, professionals could be identified by not only their remarkable

but
also
by their highest qualifications. A section of society opines that it is significant to have
experience
and developed soft skills to earn a good job rather than any University graduation. I strongly agree that your
education
shows your capability to do work.
Firstly
and foremost,
education
is one of the most essential needs in the life of human beings. A recent survey shows that the most reputed companies hire their employers based on their
education
than
experience
.
For instance
, Deloitte is an international professional service network which recruits only competent people with minimum degrees.
Likewise
, top management believes that persons with only
experience
and soft skills would lack basic
education
to elevate business ideas. Formal
education
provides students with the right knowledge and skillset they need in a particular field and build a successful career in future. Generally, everyone understands that each child needs primary

and better jobs. Today, major famous universities require a bottom-level university learning to master and equivalents. To recapitulate, there are numerous jobs which stimulate well-educated personalities over experienced ones. One of the most conspicuous trends of the new generation is taking a part-time course while doing full-time employment. So I concede with the settlement that all candidates should have University graduation to obtain a successful career in future.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
