Dear Mrs Akbari, I am writing to inform you that due to my new position as a visual merchandiser in an enormous shop in Tehran that is full-time, I can not take a part in your great french class. Unfortunately, from the

moment I started my job, it has full pressure on me. Which I have to stand there overtime for at least four months and because of
this
reason, I can not join your special course.
Therefore
, I shall ask you if you could manage another private term for me after these four months and I will promise to study and learn fast to achieve the mark of the exam. I strongly hope you could do

Word Count

IELTS says that you should write a minimum of 150 words in writing task 1. If you go under word count you will lose marks in task response.

A very long letter will not give you a higher band score.

Aim for between 160 to 190 words in writing task 1. This will ensure a concise letter and will be realistic in terms of time management. You have only 20 minutes to write the letter and you need around 5 minutes of planning time, so you will not be able to write a long letter in 15 minutes.
