Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Dima Grigoriev, I was your loyal customer for the
last
3 years. I have been pretty happy with all my purchases using your "Happy Gadget" store, but now I must refer you to Linking Words
this
complaint.
Linking Words
Firstly
, I bought a flat-screen 65" TV of LG brand, model 65UNV-E on May, 14. It was delivered fast, and the service was nice. But after unpacking and switching it on at my home I found a lot of defective pixels on the screen. They change the colour of the image and shine white even in dark scenes. Linking Words
Moreover
, they provide contrast colours on white pictures, Linking Words
for example
, red or green. I have sent a legal notice to your customer service, but they answered that some flawed pixels are not covered with a guarantee, Linking Words
hence
, it is not out of the legal terms. In Linking Words
this
case, the number of non-working pixels is more than ten, so I can not agree with Linking Words
this
position being a practising lawyer.
In general, I liked Linking Words
this
LG model and I do not want to claim a refund. I would be very pleased if you could provide me with the same product in an appropriate condition. I can even reimburse the delivery expenses for the substitute.
Looking forward to your appropriate actions.
Sincerely yours,
Dima Grigoriev.Linking Words
