Some say that it would be better if the majority of employees worked from home instead of traveling to a workplace every day. Do you think the advantages of working from home outweigh the disadvantages?

As more people consider working from
home
, the office is no longer the only workplace. Some may contend that the majority of workers should
work
from
home
. Due to the following factors, I believe that the advantages of working from
home
far outweigh the disadvantages. Many individuals find working from
home
to be much more convenient.
As a result
of less frequent travel, employees can save time and money, and everyone has more time for
work
and for themselves. Decreased commuting will
also
aid in reducing traffic congestion and pollution levels.
In addition
, working from
home
does not necessitate a sedentary lifestyle. People may choose to
work
in their garden or backyard, or wherever they feel most comfortable working.
Additionally
, employees are less stressed because they can choose when to
work
and when to rest. These will help to improve the tasks' performance. There are still some disadvantages to working remotely.
For instance
, working in a personal space reduces the

of face-to-face interactions between colleagues. The Internet,
however
, has resolved the issue. Currently, people from all over the globe can communicate and collaborate with others over great distances with relative ease. External factors can
also
cause some individuals to become distracted from their
work
.
This
requires employees to be extremely vigilant regarding what they should and should not do with their paid time. Briefly, working from
home
should be encouraged because the benefits outweigh the disadvantages.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
