You had a problem while staying at a hotel and the receptionist was very helpful. Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter, – describe the problem that you had – explain how the receptionist helped you – suggest ways to prevent the problem from happening again.
Dear Sir,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction while staying in your hotel. When I reached the hotel at 4 in the morning there was no bellboy or security guard present at the gate.
However
, the whole staff was absent during the need an hour and I was feeling helpless standing in the lobby of the hotel with 3 enormous baggage.
While I was struggling with my heavy suitcases the receptionist who was alone on duty helped me to carry them to my room. Moreover
, she also
gave me the toiletries which were missing from the room.
I would like to give some suggestions as this
type of service is not commendable for any visitor. Your staff members ought to remain awake even during their night shifts and for that, you can arrange television in the sitting area or let them be engaged in playing games.
Looking forward to your response.
Yours sincerely,
