Dear Ms Kaur,
I am writing with regard to your new tenant who has just taken the apartment on the floor above me on Lonsdale Street.
I don't like to complain, but the
last
two weeks have been awful. The new tenant has four young children that seem to be too young to be at school and are allowed to run around the apartment at all hours yelling and screaming. Linking Words
This
is exacerbated by the two large dogs they own which are constantly barking.
Because I work from home, Linking Words
this
is making life very difficult for me, especially as often need to deal with clients via Skype. The shouting and barking are extremely distracting, not to mention unprofessional. have already had several complaints from these clients and am afraid may lose them if Linking Words
this
disturbance continues.
I have tried talking with the tenant but to no avail, so would like you to remind them of the conditions of their lease agreement, particularly with regard to noise and pets. Linking Words
Also
, would you consider carpeting that apartment? Linking Words
This
would help a lot to reduce the thunderous sound of feet and paws.
I look forward to hearing from you very soon.
Yours sincerely. Julie SwansonLinking Words
