Give suggestions as to about what changes can be brought about to reduce the health risks on you and on your colleagues. 3. How will these changes be beneficial to the company when it comes to future employees.

Dear Sir, I am writing
this
regarding the physical issues I am suffering due to sitting long hours during my working time. As you know our team have to complete the project proposals and submit the documents by the end of
this
month. In order to make
this
project a successful one, I have to focus on the work and stay in front of the screen for long hours. Unfortunately,
last
three days I am suffering from back pain and went to a physician for a check-up. According to the doctor's ,suggestion I have to take some intervals between the job periods, and
also
have to keep a chair having better comfort. I belong to the section A unit team, and mostly all members reported the same issues as mine.
Although
the chairs placed there are made up of excellent fibre material, they do not have provided comforts for working for long hours. I informed to procurement department and they replied it will change soon.
However
, I personally requesting your kind attention to
this
change of seats, because it will benefit for project works. Our team members have welcomed
this
suggestion and delivered various opinions says that will be helpful for the upcoming fellows and most of them say those better working facilities reflect on employees working skills which in turn increase productivity and reduce mental and physical stress. We are waiting for the necessary involvement in
this
matter and eagerly waiting for your reply. I am attaching my medical report with
this
letter. If you need any
further
details please let me know. Yours sincerely, Jacob Thomas

Word Count

IELTS says that you should write a minimum of 150 words in writing task 1. If you go under word count you will lose marks in task response.

A very long letter will not give you a higher band score.

Aim for between 160 to 190 words in writing task 1. This will ensure a concise letter and will be realistic in terms of time management. You have only 20 minutes to write the letter and you need around 5 minutes of planning time, so you will not be able to write a long letter in 15 minutes.
