I am writing

letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding a dishwasher which I bought from your New Panvel branch recently. I have previously brought many things from your store , but never felt any issue before.
I installed the dishwasher the same day after going home. However
, as soon as I turn on the power a red light flashed and smoke started coming from the back. So, I immediately turned off the machine and its power. The appliance was installed as per the user manual and I had also
seen the setting up during the demo. The unit was working fine when I received the demonstration in the store.
I have spent a huge deal of money on this
and now I am regretting buying it. Therefore
