the
last
Friday. I am writing
this
letter to complain to you because of the inconvenience I had during my stay. I came to Mumbai due to my business meeting, and I booked a Super deluxe
room
in your hotel. Actually, I heard about your resort from one of my friends living in Mumbai. But unfortunately, when I reached there I got a normal
room
despite having a pre-booking. At that time, I did not ask anything as I have to get ready for my meeting but I felt so bad at that time.
Moreover
, in that
room
, I did not get any
room
service and that was not at all expected from your staff members. I can give a bad review on google and which leads to huge damage to your hotel's reputation but I am not doing that. I would like you to have a meeting with your staff members, and ask them to do their duty properly.
Also
, they need to be careful while making bookings online, there should be a proper record of every booking to avoid any future inconvenience. Looking forward to your positive reply. Yours Sincerely, Shikha

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
