You have recently bought some furniture. It was broken when you received it. Write a complaint letter to the store manager and say – What and when did you buy? – Why was it broken? – Suggest how the problem could be solved

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing
this
letter to complain to you about the damage to the furniture which I purchased from your shop.
Last
week, I came to your shop and booked a set of furniture including a bed, a cupboard and a dining table which I received yesterday.
However
, it was supposed to be delivered to my address with proper care and handling but that didn't happen actually. In fact, the whole set came in a small cargo vehicle and there were only two people who were unloading it. Despite, I warned them that it was too heavy for them to be handled and it required more labour, they didn't listen to me and completely overlooked me at that time.
Therefore
, when the set was being uploaded, the dining table slipped from their hands and fell down.
Hence
, one of its legs was broken at the moment.
Nonetheless
, the furniture came with one year warranty for replacement if anything would be found damaged. Unfortunately, the table is broken due to mishandling and it cannot be repaired.
Consequently
, you are requested to take it back at your feasibility and replace it with the new one. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Yours faithfully, Arsalan Farooq
