. As I believe if government have the power to shut down people's voice in the form of art, a dictator will arise. So artists by showing systems flaws in form of movies, paints, novels, etc, apply force to the existing power to change their behaviour. Artists can be voices of different communities. So with their help, different groups of people can represent their requests from the government. So they can orient the existing flow. Because of these ,reasons I believe performing art without any restrictions Is good for people.

There is a lot of discussion on how to improve security on our roads. Some people think that in order to decrease the number of accidents there should be stricter punishments for driving offences. Although this might help, I believe that the impact would be minimal. I firmly believe that to increase safety on our commute there should be better planning on how they construct the roads and also in public transportation availability, in this essay I will point out the reasons and examples for my opinion.
