Dear Sir or Madam, I have been writing
this
letter to you to express my gratitude for the services and help I received from one of your employees during my stay. I booked your hotel from 21st august to 23rd august. On the
second
day of my stay at 9 P.M., my niece started shivering and I thought she was suffering from a fever. I lost my consensus after looking at her situation and I immediately called room services within two seconds, one room attendant, named Rohan, came to my room and helped me. I panicked a lot but he immediately informed reception and called a doctor. Meanwhile, he started taking care of her by providing some hot soups which were really beneficial for her. When the doctor visited us, she appreciated all the efforts of a staff member.
Then
the doctor prescribed some medication and he arranged all the pills within 10 minutes. I must mention that the timely action taken by him really deserves some words of appreciation along with a reward. I humbly request you to convey my gratitude to your employee for help. I
also
request you to pass my gift to him as a token of appreciation as he did help and save my family and me. I am looking forward to visiting your hotel again. Yours faithfully, Kritika.

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
