Nowadays many people complain that they ahve difficulties getting enough sleep. What problems can cause lack of sleep? What can be done about lack of sleep?
We are now leaving in a busy society, everyone is trying to make ends meet and
this
has highly caused people
to complain about not having enough sleep.
The world is evolving and the majority of people
are working so hard to reach a certain standard of life hence
driving themselves to a lot of hours
of work
, either running their own businesses or working for someone, in order to feed their families.Another reason is that some people
are migrating to other countries for greener pastures and when they get there they work
so hard to support families that they left home, therefore
putting some hours
at work
rather than resting ,for instance
, Zimbabwean people
that are moving to European countries, these people
work
so hard just to feed families and reach their goals and by so doing they compromise their health by depriving the body and mind from
getting enough rest.Lack of sleep causes stress and depression which can lead to heart disease. The best way to avoid these problems is for country laws to have stipulated time that one can Change the preposition
of
work
per day without being allowed to take another job, for example
in South Africa , a person is allowed to work
45hours per week with 2 days offs and rest for 8 hours
before commencing to another shift.
In my conclusion, people
need to be educated on the advantages of getting enough sleep more than be
judged for getting rest and being labelled as lazy.Wrong verb form
