You recently attended a meeting at a hotel. When you returned home, you found you had left some important papers at the hotel. Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter, . say where you think you left the papers . explain why they are so important . tell the manager what you want him/her to do
Dear Manager,
My name is Niranjan. I have booked a meeting room in your hotel today to discuss something related to future projects of our company.
I am writing
this
letter because I have left a few documents in the meeting room, which are very important.
Firstly
, We have to submit The Tender by next
week. Those papers are essential as the documents have the project's scope, Planning-related information, Schedule of activities, etc. Finally
, the budget for all activities and the project's overall cost.
Graphs such
as the Schedule Performance Index and Cost performance Index are critical to convincing the client.
So, I will send my assistant to your hotel by tomorrow. I want you and your staff to check once for those documents in the meeting room and give them to my assistant. It will be helpful for me if you do what's needed.
I will be waiting for you to reply.
Yours Sincerely,
Niranjan Reddy K.Submitted by niranjanreddy791 on

Structure your letter
A letter needs to be written using a proper format, including the following:
- A greeting (Dear sir/madam, Dear John, Dear Mr. Smith)
- The main body (consisting of paragraphs for each part of the letter)
- A closing (Yours sincerely, Yours faithfully, Best wishes, Kind regards, Love)
When writing a letter as part of the IELTS General Training Writing Task 1, it is important to include the bullet points presented to you in the question.
All three bullet points need to be presented. And remember that some bullet points contain more than one element. So, make sure to watch for ‘and’ and plurals.
