at the time of the Interview. Some people generally disagree with that one. I prefer to share personal
information
with the employer as it facilitates them to allocate a suitable position to us based on our

. Generally, All the people were not suited for managerial positions, as only a few could manage people, and at the same time, all were not fit for marketing jobs. Based on the employee's
profile
, the recruiters can decide which position suits them. A few may get an opportunity to work abroad based on their resume. I want to tag a personal experience that happened to my cousin recently as he got a chance to work in a Clients location over his competitors because of his previous experience dealing with clients.
Firstly
, If management has personal

about their employees,

as hobbies, interests, preferred destination, etc. It would be easy for them to organise any events in the office premises or nearby resorts for refreshments.

of employees would be helpful in any emergency. Recently, I observed in my company that a colleague's relative was saved because of the data.
