Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Rahul Palit and I'm writing
this
letter to inform you that I left some important documents
at your hotel last
week I attended an International farmer conference and stay there for 3 days in your hotel from 15th to 18th November 2022.
As I remembered, my room was just next
to the restroom and the room number was RJ1500. I left the documents
in the locker and the locker code 2385 the documents
were kept in an envelope.
The document I left behind was very important as they contain confidential client information regarding the project. If I don't get it, it will have a bad impression on my organization and we will lose our reputation in the business.
I urge you to kindly post those documents
via express post as soon as possible; as, we are going to have the next
meeting in the upcoming week I will pay all the charges of the post.
Hopefully, you understand the seriousness of the matter and looking for your support in my request.
Best regards,
Rahul.Submitted by Juhipalit1996 on
