Dear Sir/Madam I am one of the oldest customers of your Company that has bought almost all my electronic devices from your chain shopping.
Last
Monday, I bought a computer with a monitor from your store in Khayam Street. After two days, while I was working with them, suddenly, my monitor was turned off and never turn on. I'm writing
this
letter to express my dissatisfaction with your customer service. I am a developer and programmer who after Corona Pandemic, I work at home full-time. I have ordered a lot of new work that promises to be completed
last
this
month. So, it is essential for me having
this
tool. Yesterday morning, I called your manager's customer service and said my issue. She said that I should wait for at least seven days for solving
this
problem. I know that you have a good reputation and I appreciated your services but now, I need
this
tool and want to replace it with a new one as soon as possible. I trust you will take my complication seriously. faithfully yours Sh-B
