Completing university education is thought by some to be best way to get a good job. On the other hand, other people think that getting experience and developing soft skill is more important . Discuss both sides and give your opinion.

It is thought by many, graduating from a
university
helps in gaining a better job, while others opine that gaining
experience
and improving soft
skills
are necessary to improve
one
's chances of gaining many employment opportunities. In my opinion, having a degree from a qualified
university
should be the foremost priority while job
experience
and building
skills
are secondary. In
this
passage , I have discussed both sides.
Firstly
, a

education
consists of many factors which contribute to an individual's ability to secure a good job. A qualified degree provides peer learning , subject knowledge, and assessments that enable individuals to gain sufficient information about

society. In some cases , fields like law and medicine cannot be gained through
experience
.
One
must
first
understand the subject and start practising. Having a bachelor's degree is the eligibility for most jobs .
Hence
, it is important to prioritise
university
education
rather than simply relying on
one
's own
skills
and
experience
.
On the other hand
, on-job learning and enhancing soft
skills
will help to develop interpersonal
skills
to survive at work. In the 21st century , with the growth of technology, it is easy to convince the management of an organisation through soft
skills
. It
also
helps in developing many relationships at the office. Most corporate jobs today run through past relationships and goodwill factors. Having rich
experience
also
opens avenues to grow in
one
's career quickly . All these are null and void if there is no
education
in an individual's career. In My opinion,
education
from a legitimate college/
university
is far more important than a mere
experience
.
Education
enables values, knowledge and wisdom. Ergo, it is vital to
one
's growth right from childhood. In conclusion, whilst both areas carry their own factors that lead to a destiny.
Education
plays a major role in developing
one
's personality to lead a sustainable future.
