The manager of administration is always deemed to be an experienced person. The Head of the department plays a pivotal role in establishing the company. It is mostly assumed that organisations should be handled by senior persons. On the flip side, some individuals say that institutes should be handled by younger folk. I totally believe that older folks are eligible to see the management purposes. On the one side. some crowds say that management purposes are handled by older people. They are the senior nation and they spend their whole life gaining experience in a particular field. That's why they are obliged to apply some proactive measures in the organisation.

, there are numerous people in his vicinity to look after his business they are not capable to take control of his business.

, have no idea how many difficulties are faced by someone to establish a group. One worsen idea should make their club from hero to zero. To put it all together, I thought that the experienced community should manage the association because they spend their whole life gaining innovative ideas.
Although
youngsters are eager to do anything they have less expertise that's why they are not capable to look after large companies.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.
