You are about to move out of your apartment in an English-speaking country. Your landlord helped you a lot during your stay and you have a friend who would like to rent the flat after you. Write a letter to your landlord. In your letter let your landlord know that you will be leaving thank your landlord for his / her help tell him/her about your friend

Dear Sir, I am writing to inform you that I will be leaving the apartment on days ahead. For
this
reason,I want to finish my rental contract. As I mentioned above,I have intended to move to another residence
hence
I would like to stop my rental duration from
next
month.I just want to make you aware of my plan beforehand. I am unable to thank you enough for your support and attention.
This
is simply because you helped me a lot when I was in trouble with regard to renting a house.
Moreover
,your patience behaviour was remarkable, when I had hardship paying a rental price. I would
also
point out that one of my closest friends is interested in renting
this
flat straight out I leave. He is a relevant person according to his character and personality.
Furthermore
,he is about to be accepted to the university which is located within walking distance of
this
accommodation. On behalf of my family members,I would like to thank you for your help. Yours faithfully Malik Maliki.
