Dear Sir/ Madam, I am writing
this
letter to express my dissatisfaction with the Sunday bus services from London to Paddington. I am a student at Kingston college in the city centre, where I have been given access to the laboratory at weekends to complete my assignments. Until recently, I relied on the 154 bus service to get there.
Although
the bus services used to be reliable, recently there were changes in routes. When I called the contact centre for more details, the agents said that the plan to change was due to fewer commuters over the weekend.
This
has given me fewer options to travel to college. Taking a direct shuttle as usual to the university gives me more convenience and the ability to reach on time. A recent change to the routes has made me choose alternative options of taking a direct taxi, which is ten times more costly, or the nearest metro, which is ten kilometres away. I suggest reimplementing the current routes as it is, as
this
will save time and money for many students who commute daily and the factory workers. Another alternative can be to have a shuttle service arranged to the nearest metro station. Appreciate your support in solving
