Most employers nowadays put increasing emphasis on social skills. Some people believe that cocial skills are important in addition to good qualifications for job success. To what extent, do you agree or disagree?

Some folks opine that social

others have a contrarian view.
However
, I completely agree with the given notion.
This
essay intends to explicate my view by taking instances to demonstrate points and prove arguments. Many people are of the view that social proficiency should be counted as part of education. The
first
and foremost factor is to act particle in the workplace. Many jobs need soft expertise despite having good qualifications.
For example
, people who are engaged in sales industries' interpersonal
skills
are highly recommended to them as they deal directly with clients. If they do not know how to behave practically will not be able to convince their customers and as a

result they might lose their business. Apart from that, social
skills
not only benefit us in our careers but
also
help us to survive in society.
Thus
, communication
skills
are really necessary for schooling.
On the other hand
,
In contrast
, I have a few more points to support my points.
Firstly
, there are some more occupations that require a high level of social abilities
such
as Human resource jobs. To be more precise, jobs in the HR department are people-centric where they interact with different personalities on daily basis. If they are not experts in interpersonal
skills
then
it might be difficult to handle their job.
For instance
,if HR persons can not develop a soft skill, so their chances are less to get success in their field.
Therefore
, social mastery is mandatory in some respective employment. In conclusion, I tend to reiterate that
although
academic education is really needed to start your career yet, I strongly believe that social
skills
can be less measured in order to get success.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
