I am writing

letter to complain about the hotel which you arranged for me to attend my meeting last
month.

meeting was aimed at discussing details about our company's future and investment programs to attract our potential customers and partners . Therefore

was really important for me to join with full of energy.
Unfortunately , the air conditioning system was broken in my room and I was not able to sleep properly the whole night . Obviously, I informed the hotel's manager to change my room but he did not respond positively.As a result
, I was really tired the entire meeting and could not present properly in front of the audience.
To conclude, I would like you to take an action like refunding our payment from them. Moreover
, I would like you to avoid this
kind of hotel in your future arrangement as well .
